In celebration of Walt Disney Day, we wanted to share our favorite action-packed rides. Walt Disney World is the most magical place on earth, and its rides are just as fun. Whether you love rides or not, these action-packed rides are worth a try.
Space Mountain - Zoom into space with the renowned Space Mountain ride. You’ll see all areas of space, get shaken about in all directions and ride several loops. It’s an action-packed, out-of-this-world ride, every thrill-seeker needs to try. Fast, fun and all things sci-fi.
Thunder Mountain - Although not the scariest ride in the parks, it’s action-packed in so many different ways. It’s a ride that can be experienced by the whole family in the wilderness area of the park. If you’d like to make it more daredevil though, queue up in the evening before the parks shut.
Splash Mountain - Another mountain ride with a wet twist, Splash Mountain is a must. It’s one of the only water rides with a massive drop that gets you completely soaked. It may be scary but it’s a family must-have!
Expedition Everest - An all-rounder thrilling ride, Expedition Everest is well-themed and well-designed for maximum action. The ride travels backwards, has a massive drop, and is perfect for all those Disney thrill-seekers.
Tower of Terror - You can’t visit Disney without going on the most thrilling ride there is, Tower of Terror. The ride has every single detail for the most thrilling experience ever. You’ll be both shocked and surprised as the ride goes up and down - and if you ride it twice, no ride is ever the same.
